1) If you are asked for a Site Key please email the Site Code to
FDM and we will email a Site Key.
Copying the Site Code into the box next to the VALIDATE button does not work.
2) The download version of the FDM Electronic Handbook has the following four databases.
3) If you see a message saying the file is corrupt that means the file was not downloaded completely. Download again.
4) Netscape users,
if you are not asked where to save the download file after
pressing the download button and the file gets saved into a ....\TEMP
folder go to Edit > Preferences > Navigator > Helper Applications and remove "application/octet-stream". Then click on the download button again and Netscape will ask where to save the file.
5) If you have a problem please:
a) send a brief but detailed description of the problem including the text of any error message
b) if possible, send a screenshot with the message of any error showing
c) in the folder with FDM_EHB.exe look for FDM_EHB.ckn.
