What is TGA FTIR?  TGA is ThermoGravimetric Analysis. TGA FTIR combines an analytical balance with an oven and an FTIR gas cell. The FTIR can records the gas phase spectra coming off of samples as they are heated while sitting in the balance. This allows a gases to evolve off the sample whileth esample mass decreases. From an FTIR perspective TGA FTIR produces large quantities of complex, multicomponent spectra.

We provide: 

1) the FDM FTIR & Raman libraries listed on the Products menu, and

2) the FDM SearchFaster™ software, for searching your unknown  spectra against the FDM HiRes VPFTIR for Search and the FDM HiRes VPFTIR Mixtures, which together model binary combinations of hundreds of small molecules such as combustion products, perfect for TGA and Evolved Gas Analysis.

We offer our libraries and software via a one-time license fee or on a subscription basis.
